Where Childhood Grows Naturally

Hello, families!

Welcome to Under the Oaks Children's House! We're a small, home-based Montessori enrichment program for homeschoolers ages 4–8, created to support children through hands-on learning, meaningful experiences, and plenty of time outdoors.

Founded by a Montessori guide and homeschool mom, I created Under the Oaks to bring the best parts of Montessori learning together with a love for being outside.

Homeschooling can look different for every family, and that’s what we love about it. At Under the Oaks, children have a little space in their week to work with their hands, make choices, learn alongside other children, and explore the world around them.

Our days are simple: meaningful work, good friends, fresh air, and the freedom to follow their curiosity. We give children time to practice doing things for themselves, discover new interests, and learn through real experiences.

We meet as a group Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, offering a 2-day (Tuesday & Thursday) or 3-day drop-off option.

One-on-one hourly tutoring with individualized academic support also available.

Whether you're looking to add a little more connection, structure, or enrichment to your homeschool week, we'd love to welcome your family to Under the Oaks!
